 At Kiwi Health Network, we offer a comprehensive range of services via telehealth for children, teens, and individuals seeking employment support.

For children and teens, we provide support in:

• Emotional regulation and social skills development
• Independent living skills (self-care routines, managing lunchboxes, backpacks, and transitions, etc) 
• School-related support ( developing attention, organization, handwriting skills)
• Transition services for school leavers

For young adults seeking assistance with employment services, we offer:

• Employment-related assessments, including Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)
• Career guidance, job preparation, and workplace modifications
• Support with job search, resume writing, and interview coaching

We also conduct assessments and reports via telehealth, including:

• Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA/FCE)
• Plan reviews and change of circumstances/plan variation reports
• Letters of recommendation
• Parent coaching and home programs
